Founded in 1998 by Marcus Andersson in Halmstad, Sweden, WorldLight today has 10 years of active experience in very large scale search solutions. 1999 saw the birth of the search engine Entireweb.com, which has been continuously refined ever since and today remains our flagship. In 2001 we acquired EuroSeek, then one of the most impressive search engines available, and this enabled us to accelerate our development pace and quickly earn shares of the global search market. In 2004 we expanded our portfolio by launching the contextual advertising network SpeedyAds and Entireweb Newsletter (which has now grown to over 800,000 subscribers!). The latest product launch was in May 2008, when we introduced our world-class search platform ExpiCore.
